These Terms and Conditions form a binding contract between Morndyke Parrot Sanctuary and the donor of the parrot
• Morndyke Parrot Sanctuary will care for the birds to the best of our ability, and abide by the Animal Welfare Act 2006
• Our intention is to keep all of our birds for the entirety of their lives. However, if our circumstances change and we are no longer in a position to do this, we will endeavour to rehome the birds to a home of our choice that we deem to be the most suitable. This will be entirely at our discretion
• We will only accept birds that we deem as suitable to join our current flock. This is our decision only.
• If we take on a bird that proves to be unsuitable and endangers the health and safety of our other bird residents, or staff, then we will endeavour to rehome the birds to a home of our choice that we deem to be the most suitable. This will be entirely at our discretion
• Once a bird is donated to us, it will no longer be the property of its donor and will immediately become the property of Morndyke Parrot Sanctuary. This is non negotiable.
• If a bird is donated to us, the donor relinquishes the rights to any contact with that bird either directly or indirectly. It is entirely down to the discretion of Morndyke Parrot Sanctuary if information regarding the bird is forwarded.
• We do not offer any short term bird accommodation, once a bird is in our care it is a permanent agreement.
• You agree to make a donation to Morndyke Parrot Sanctuary. The amount is at your discretion
• Any monies donated to Morndyke Parrot Sanctuary are non-refundable
